The Passkeys Foundation has proudly welcomed five exceptional leaders to its Board of Directors, expanding the board to a total of 15 esteemed members.
These new additions bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will propel the organization’s mission to new heights.The new members include: J

Reese. “Their backgrounds and insights are invaluable as we strengthen our organization’s ability to grow our impact and provide meaningful support within Orange County.” Janice Frechette-Artinger’s two decades of experience in philanthropy and non-profit anagement make her an incredible asset to the Passkeys Foundation Board. Maricela Rios-Faust’s extensive knowledge in health and human services and nonprofit effectiveness stem from her leadership of Human Options since 2002. Ed Hart’s years of family business expertise and his relationships in the business community will aid in community engagement efforts, while Jeff Snow’s over two decades of experience in emergency services enrich his contributions. Finally, Les Walker’s background in technology management from provides a unique perspective on leveraging technology to enhance operations within The Passkeys Foundation.
