Dave Elliott has over 35 years as a successful business professional in Orange County and he currently serves as President/CEO of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce. Before joining the Chamber of Commerce, Dave served as Associate Vice President of University Relations for Vanguard University, among other key roles during his 15-year tenure with the organization.
Dave is also President of David Elliott and Associates, Inc., a business development firm serving for-profit and non-profit organizations. Throughout Orange County, Dave is known as an extraordinary relationship-builder and people-connector with a passion to “Just Do Good.” Dave holds a strong belief this philosophy leads to the greatest success and significance in life.
Over the years and through his engagement in many Orange County Communities, Dave realized there were no organizations whose focus was educating, equipping and engaging others to identify unmet community needs and bring creative solutions. This is what inspired Dave in 2016 to found the Institute for Community Impact, a program of the Passkeys Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
Today, Dave Elliott provides leadership for the Institute for Community Impact to expand its programming and engage key influencers, corporations and business professionals to make a positive impact in Orange County Communities
