History

Following a twenty-three year career in church ministry, Russ Williams founded the Passkeys Foundation in 1996 to serve children, youth, parents/grandparents, and the business community in Orange County. Since its inception, Passkeys has been become recognized for its inspirational programs, educational publications, and interactive seminars/workshops that inspire character development, ethical leadership, and business excellence.

Russ has authored over 700 articles and currently writes the Inspiration Impulse Workweek Blog. The Foundation has published three books including Kids of Character, The Parenting Promises and Integrity Assets. Additionally, it has published two journals, including Finding God’s Purpose in our Problems and Leaders of Integrity.

Over the years, Passkeys Foundation has financially supported many charitable non-profits and educational institutions including YMCA Orange County, KidWorks, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs, Pure Game, Belltower Foundation, Mission Viejo Community of Character, The Freedom Committee of Orange County/Living History Project, public schools, community churches, among others.

In 2016, Passkeys Foundation redefined its programming focus and Dave Elliott brought new vision to engage the Orange County Business Community, with the creation of a new program called “Institute for Community Impact.” The Institute provides diverse and distinctive programming focused on Educating, Equipping and Engaging business professionals to become involved in helping identify and bring creative solutions to community needs.
