Our Influential Leadership Breakfast Series allows you to join forces with inspiring Orange County professionals and make a difference in your community. During this dynamic session where two non-profits get the spotlight, you’ll collaborate across different market sectors to tackle some of their biggest challenges and opportunities. By coming up with creative ideas at each table that revolve around one common theme – it’s an invaluable opportunity for both sides!

Complimenting the work of the Influential Leadership Breakfast series, Passkeys Foundation and the Institute for Community Impact intends to host an Annual Orange County Community Leadership Summit. Launched in 2019 this working conference brought together nonprofit and business leaders from throughout Orange County to learn about industry best-practices, share challenges, and generate solutions.
Themed “The Wisdom is in the Room,” keynote speakers representing the Healthcare, Education, and Faith sectors will share their wisdom with leadership professionals from across the Seven Pillars of Influence. Guided by the tenants of connection, collaboration, commitment, and change, the Summit will bring together business professionals, corporations, and to discuss challenges facing our community, identify innovative solutions, and formulate collaborative approaches to mitigate challenges and drive positive change.
The impact of our Community Leadership Summit will be demonstrated by the 90+ participants gaining critical leadership insights to implement within their respective agencies and the many new and deep connections made through the sharing of valuable expertise to positively impact the local and regional community.

The annual Influencers for Good Celebration is a one-of-a-kind event that celebrates the achievements of outstanding individuals who have made a positive impact in their communities. At this event, we honor leaders who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to their respective communities, representing one of the Seven Pillars of Influence which are the Arts, Business, Education, Faith, Family/Nonprofit, Government, and Healthcare. These honorees have made phenomenal strides to better their communities and inspire others to do the same.
By sponsoring or attending the Influencers for Good Celebration, you have the opportunity to celebrate the incredible achievements of these remarkable leaders and show your support for their ongoing efforts. This is a chance to come together with like-minded individuals, businesses, and organizations who share a common goal of making a positive impact in the world. The event takes place every November and is a highlight of the year for our organization and the community as a whole. It’s an opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication of individuals who have made a real difference in their respective fields.
